What files should I send?

STEP preferred. STL is workable for print-only but limits design changes. A sketch with key dimensions is fine for early quotes.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes—happy to work under NDA. We also keep customer designs confidential as standard.

What tolerances can you achieve?

Depends on geometry, material and orientation. We’ll advise realistic targets and design features to achieve functional fits.

What’s the usual lead time?

Often 2–5 working days depending on complexity and queue. If you have a deadline, tell us and we’ll confirm feasibility.

Do you ship across the UK?

Yes (edit as needed). Collection/local delivery can be arranged.
